Mary was always a humanitarian. She found a great way to expand her kindness. She instituted the Together For Christmas Christmas Children's Benefit. First with a dinner and raffle for her friends, then broadening it to include live entertainment and silent auctions. As the years went by, more and more people volunteered to make this a tremendously successful yearly event. Hundreds of children benefitted from Mary's love and compassion.
